Not entirely convinced - I like my Scout, and feel that Subaru went the wrong way with the Outback increasing ground clearance and cabin height, which appears to be what Skoda is doing from that pic.
Looking more and more like a switch to an alltrack for me....
Looks like a squished Yeti now. I wasn't a big fan of the height change etc in the Outback, but had one for 2 weeks recently and found it much improved over the previous gen Outback I had for 6mths and what my boss still currently has. Will be interesting what happens now that the XV seems to have resolved many issues people had with where Subie were going.
The bad turning circle of the Outback still existed though, and I found it weird the current model doesn't have lumbar support.
Looks like I will finally be able to get the Skoda I wanted when I went into a dealership almost exactly three years ago. Didn't like the PD engine that was then in the Scout want wasn't buying a petrol motor.
I'd be happy with a bit of height increase a la Outback and thank God it doesn't have a Yeti front.
This is obviously an "artists impression" as it doesn't have the correct new look grill and bonnet edge around the Skoda badge (squared off). It looks like somebody has started with a Superb front on a Scout body but as long as the final result is something similar I'll be happy.

They've taken a Superb wagon and kinda squashed Yeti bits into it.

Not including hers...
its definately not going to b the 2013 Skoda Scout. it doesn't fit skoda's new design language
as K1W1 said, its an artist impression, back then, before the mission-D & mission-L designs were launched.
the rapid & the citigo r the first of the skoda models to use the new design language.
the rapid does not utilise the new MQB platform.
the octavia will most likely b the 1st to do so, but its gotta wait in line after the A3 & the Golf MK7.
once the new octavia is in production, then we'll start to see the variants such as the scout & the vRS.
