I know it's only 1st Jan but you still have access to car sales figures overall for entire '07 calendar year? And when do you think they'll be collated? Thanks in advance phaeton

Usually it'd number registered for the month. So if you sign, it doenst count until it's registered with the RTA.

My 2 are December registrations so there's now at least 63 Octy's on the road in Aus now. I haven't seen any others on the road as yet except for the local melbourne dealer demos. We get some strange looks from other drivers whenever the 2 cars are together on the road. You can see them looking at one car with an interested "what's that, never seen one of those before" kind of look just before they realise there's another one right next to it. Quite amusing!

Im amazed at the number of people who Gawk at the Skoda trying to work out what it is... I remenice a little to the day i picked up my 2003 Cooper S as it was the 2nd one on the road in Canberra..

Having the first vRS on the road in Canberra has been interesting as everyone asks what it is and what dealership sells it...

interest seems to be very high!

The Roomster sales are a bit of a worry.
Considering Skoda's hoping to sell 2000 cars in its 1st year....
Not looking good for a SEAT comeback at this stage.....let's hope things improve. At least the Octavia sales are relatively ok.
