You can order to avoid paying VAT however the process is a real pain in the ass. Only way to do it is via emailing them your parts list and they will quote you the ex-vat price and shipping etc etc etc and then you pay via direct bank deposit. I initially wanted to go through that route but after waiting in the lines at the bank for more than 45 mins to be assisted and running out of time on my lunch break, I gave up and just ordered it. Yes i agree the payment options and shipping options are bloody exxy and unfortunately there are currently no other option that i currently know of where you can do a direct online order.
You can track your order by logging in and looking into your order history and there should be a package number ending in 'cz'. Copy this and click into their 'shipping costs' tab and click on 'EMS' and that will take you to the czech postal service. Paste your package number and it will advise of your package's delivery status.
According to my current tracking, my package is in Australia and have cleared customs and awaiting local delivery as of the 3/9/11. Fingers crossed i get it by tomorrow.
