  • Skoda Joyster

Skoda's [version of the] Scirocco is apparently being launched this year and these are the rendering shots. This is being positioned as a sporty Skoda, taking over SEAT's position in the VW Group, so maybe they're ready to phase out SEAT (they aren't doing too well worldwide anyway). Regardless, this did shock me and I hope they put it into production as I think it has the potential to look great! A Joyster R? Sounds good to me! This could be one of the VW Group's seven new products at Geneva 2011.

They're not seriously going to call it the Joyster? That is the sort of car model you'd expect from Chery or GWM.

          JOYster to the world.

I seem to remember this was a concept some time ago.
We have the Roomster so why not the Joyster?
But its a tiddler so I my guess is we may never see it in OZ.
The Yeti is on the way so lets hope we get the Fabia here soon.

With Porsche now under VW control (or soon to be), there could be a Joyster and a Boxster in adjoining dealer lots!

I'd only call it that if it's a roadster!

No offence to hairdressers here but if this really is a hairdresser sports car, the green fairy could be the hero CZ car, haha.

The yellow one is the 2003 concept car and the green one is the rendering for the production model .
