Skoda of Aus would do well to learn from Skoda NZ's mistakes going by that second article. Basically in '03 they bought in a 1.4, 2.0 and 2.0 Kombi Fabia in manual only, rather than waiting for the 75 Kw 1.4/55Kw automatic combo they have today. They're right to wait it out until they can get the best lineup and build up an Octavia/Roomster fanbase in the meantime.
I'm going to guess they'll adopt the NZ Lineup for the Fabia engines- 1.4, 1.4 TDI and 1.6 plus a vRS when it comes out.Comment
