Rear diffuser for Octavia RS

Hi, has anyone thought about or actually installed a rear diffuser on the Octavia?

I have a MY10 RS wagon, and have been thinking that it does look a bit boring on the outside. So I've been wondering about getting a rear diffuser, purely for cosmetic purposes.

I've done a quick search and found this one:

Where/how could I get something like this installed?

that's is on my list of "to-do", but at approx $350 AUD (not including shipping) from superskoda, i can't justify the cost for a cosmetic bit of abs plastic.

one day, i'll have a black rear diffusor, with accompanying anthracite wheels (existing rims powdercoated) on my bright yellow machine.

One day, someone should organise a group buy. Might be able to get them cheaper if there were say 5 people buying. I think it looks pretty good, I would probably get one but like you Darkshadow - I want to get my current rims powdercoated first

I'm planning on getting one for mine along with a whole lot of other goodies seeing that they're the only peeps offering stuff for the Skoda's.

Hey guys, just placed an order for the following:

-RS+ rear skirt diffuser
-RS+ rear spoiler add on diffuser
-Carbon fibre front lip spoiler corners
-RS black fog light surrounds
-RS seat handle badges
-RS rear emblem from face lifted model (to place onto front door strips)
-Honeycomb lower grill
-09-12 updated front grill
-updated RS front grill badge (for the new replacement grill).

ALso about to order some goodies from ECS tuning (ECS magnetic sump plug and maybe more of that 3M carbon di-noc vinyl to cover interior trim pieces and the side mirror covers?).

Can't wait. Hopefully no one flags me down thinking my car is a taxi.

-BMC panel air filter

i'd b interested in knowing the diffculty of fitting the rear skirt diffuser. did u get RS v2?

Yup V2. But mine isn't the face lifted one like yours though hence I feel the need to give it some uniqueness and differentiate it from the rest and not to mention the damn taxis. LOL...

There is a few things I would like to get from superskoda, one day.
