Car sluggish after 15K service

I was looking forward to picking up the car and see how it felt after its first service, and I feel as if the car is worst off than previous?

I had a fair bit of driving to do over the weekend and thought it would be good opportunity to test the car out. I noticed that in normal 'drive' mode it feels noticeably sluggish when power is applied and resorted to spending most of the weekend driving in sport mode. It feel's as if there's more lag now?

Prior to service I could just drive in 'drive' mode and be quite happy with performance, where now I can notice a difference. Would the technician's be resetting anything electronically? I've read of people remapping their car to reduce the lag on takeoff, and I was aware of this prior to service and I'm now tempted to look into a chip or bluefin...

They learn your driving style so maybe that information has been lost? I'd get seriously up it and see if it sharpens things up.

Have you tried resetting the DSG yourself by pressing the accelerator to the floor for about 10 seconds. It should go past the first click in the pedal. Once you restart the vehicle should then learn your driving style and shift points.

I would assume you mean with the ignition on but the motor not running lol...rev the guts out of it
