Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

I should add that my 6 (1st gen shape series II) uses 95 and the new gen did as well at the time so fuel wasn't that big an issue, even with the RS at 98. Our other car we traded in ran 95 as well, and just the lack of issues by having a car run on PULP over 91 made it a big plus. The quality controls of PULP are a lot better, I think it wasn't Mazdas best move to knock the 6 back to 91 longevity wise.Comment
