tis almost been 2 weeks now, since i got her - thought i'd write some feedback.
        pros:-
        - all my friends r pleasantly surprised at the look & finish, both inside and out.
        - they also like the brave color choice
        - they're all shockingly surprised at the ernomous boot space!!
        - pleased with the rear legroom space
        - enjoying the power output. coming from a 1.8 n/a petrol (astra), the new found feel of turbo assisted power is mind boggling & addictive to say the least. note to myself - "don't look at fuel consumption readings!!" heheheh
        - loving the quickshifting dsg. drive & manual mode i like. sports mode i don't like.
        - love the "dynamic"(turning) xenon lights. never thought taking corners at night could b so "cool".
        - big thumbs up for the built-in 20g hdd & sdcard. love the fact that i don't have to carry my stack of mostly scratch music cds!!

        cons:-
        - cost of 98ron fuel, though i've only filled up once sofar since i got her. miss the days of "normal" unleaded already.
        - water falling in to the boot when lifting the boot!! had lots of rain yesterday, and i experienced it twice while i was out and about. it appears that the water that sits on the boot lip part tends to get pushed to the sides, while opening, by the curved rear window. so the water rushes off the sides and onto the parcel shelf - where it hinges to the sides.
        - flimsy bonnet support holder. that little plastic orange colored thingy under the bonnet, that holds the bonnet support in place when its time to close the bonnet. i sometimes find it to b a bit too vulernable. i'm seriously considering bonnet gas lifters. yet to find one at a reasonable cost. there is one at superskoda, but i can't justify spending $100 bucks plus for one.

she's a pleasure to drive and she turns heads.

i dropped her off this morning to get the tinting done. will put some pics up once it stops raining here!!

+1 on the Pros for sure.
Everyone is amazed at how well they are built and fitted out.

          Cons
Dont notice the 98Ron issue so much as it is a lease and no real money comes out of my pocket. I do realise that i'm paying for it ! ! !
It has a bonnet stay - only opened it once to lokk at the engine compartment for about 1 min and held the bonnet by hand.

Any annoying squeaks yet ? - mine has developed one at slow speed and appears to be on the passenger side down by the speaker. But i am not sure as the true location as i'm only taking my wifes word on the location LOL.

          Ordered - 8th Jun 2010; Built - 31st Aug 2010
          Delivered 12/11/10 - 12.30.

Mine has the occasional rattle too, although from both rear door panels. I'm 99.9% sure that the idiots at the tint place are responsible for this.
Also, after needing to use my wipers over the last day or so, they are sticking to windscreen like nothing I've experienced. It's almost too embarrassing putting them on with someone in the car to watch and hear them juddering and shuddering up and down the windscreen! Will have to see if some water repellent will make them usable, otherwise teflon blades?

Other than that, I'm very impressed with the car & so is everyone else who goes for a ride! Sounds like 3 more happy RS owners!

lol....i forgot to mention that as one of the cons. my rear wiper did that alot yesterday while driving around in the rain. at times, it looked like it was having a fit!! even my 1yr old in the back found it strange. funnily enough, it was smooth as silk this morning!!!

the front wipers feels "jumpy" at times when set to auto (#1 position). its as though its constantly thinkin "should i wipe now? yes go go go.....no wait. let me check again.....ok, go go go"!!! bhahhaha. the auto wipe is a very handy feature. i toned its sensitivety down though - put it on 2nd from left.
i'm thinking something like rainx on the front & rear windscreens will ensure a smoother operation.

as far as rattles/squeaks go - i'm clean so far. touch wood.

Every brand new cars wipers have been like this for me.. I simply use a carnauba wax and new sponge pad orbital buffer on the front and rear glass in the first few days, then they are dead silent and smooth as silk.

Works a treat, and you dont need to do it every few weeks like rainx

Remember to take them off before to go in for service or go to the tyre joint.

i've kept the plastic ones stored away in the garage.

They don't get stolen but what happens is the guys take them of to check pressure (or fit new tyres) and just throw them in a box and then reach in and grab the first one that comes to hand when they refit them.
SWMBO has metal valve caps and is anal about them. I can't say how many sets I brought before she got into the habit of taking the metal ones off before services.

I received a set of Skoda seat belt covers from my daughter and they look good when fitted.

I had titanium ones on my Octavia and never had a problem with them being stolen, i guess it depends on the shops/workshops you take your car too.
