My reaction to Park Assist is that I think it's the single scariest thing every installed on a motorcar since they bolted an engine into a buggy chassis.
It's unatural and I'm sure that in many of the southern USA bible belt states it's also against the law.

I have been offered the 125TDI wagon on display at the Sydney Motor show in exchange for a long wait I will have for mine to be built- ordered July expected delivery April. What do you consider the pros and cons of such an offer for a display car? I will have to pay extra for the engine change I am sure. It has everything else we ordered, except for KESSY. Ideas? Suggestions? Warnings?

I'm not in a position to comment on the state of show cars, but the Superb Combi there was very nice. It had what you said (not sure about the false floor/rear blinds though...) and the price was close to $60k.

I guess just have a sit in it & make sure all the fat buggers haven't stretched the seats too much. Make sure the paint work & interior are immaculate.
I'd do it if the price was right - my mountain bike was the press demo bike & I never would have thought of buying a high end bike like that except the price was about 75% off RRP with no warranty but worth a punt none-the-less.
Plus you get bragging rights that it was a show car.
