Can someone help out with a pic of the FL DSG paddles on the steering wheel? I want to add myself into the S2T group buy in the mk6 thread. (If possible)

Time to start buying mods for the car as it due in 6 weeks or so!

    Thanks,

    Chris

I can't help with a pic because I have a manual but even if I could I don't understand this part.

I want to add myself into the S2T group buy in the mk6 thread.

        Hi.

I'm a bit of a NOOB here. By "FL DSG" to you mean "Face Lift" ....or something else.

If it's Face Lift, I'd be happy to get a photo for you.

        Cheers - Dave.

            Legend. Thanks Dave.

Group buy is for larger paddles for the steering wheel.

What sort - pic? I find the paddles a pain in the arse when the wheel is upside down and I realise I should be in a different gear... Larger paddles may help.

monkeysrus - u going to join the group buy? any news back from s2t performance after sending them the pics? i don't see why it would b the same for the skodas.

those S2T paddle shifters do look the business!
i'd love to have those, though when i think about the fact that i have to pull my steering wheel apart....of a brand new car.....i get the hibbery jibberies!!

maybe i'll give it a go latter on.

                    Hello Chris,

Thank you very much for the pictures.

As I suspected, your Skoda has the ‘Audi’ style Paddle Shifters. This unfortunately, does not make our situation easy because there are multiple OEM designs.
In order for us to get you a set of Paddles that will function on your application I would need you to either take additional photos of the Paddle assembly removed and disassembled (this way we can identify the internal switch-board design and send you the correct Paddles), or, you can remove your Paddle Shifter Module assemblies and send them to us, and we will install the S2T Paddles and mail them back to you.

It is your call. I wish we could make it easier but, we don’t have any access to Skoda’s in our country.

Please let us know if you would like to proceed or if you have any additional question, comments, or concerns.

                    Kind Regards,

                    Michael Bello

oh....the skoda has 'audi style' shifters! hmmm.....
i'm tempted to buy them & 'install them one day'!

i noticed this on their website though:-
"As with all S2T Performance Products, these paddle shifters are designed for off-road use only and are not intended for street use. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, and, or any other liabilities caused by improper use or installation of this product."

I'd love those shifters! Given the above - being roadworthy is a concern.
