What is making these noises?

Actually I was told its the first 12mths. They tried to get out of it at the first service, even though I had told them months before. They begrudgingly did it, although the two items I mentioned are still there. One is a panel behind the drivers side rear seat, I thought it was the seat belt mechanism. It has always squeaked since delivery.

The other appeared one day, it appears around the drivers rear wheel, and happens if you roll the car forward and back. Still doing it, it wasn't fixed either. I was going to take it in early this year, but as I was waiting for an item I ordered to come in, thought I would do it then. The item never came in, and still hasn't so they may as well do it at the 2 yr service, and be prepared to do it. It's not my fault they never rectified it, nor got the item in, the delay is all theirs.

Let me know how you go with that. I've got groaning coming from the back suspension when I reverse out in the morning. Just the springs complaining I imagine. I'm well past 1500Kms

The sound I here, is like a creak if you rock up and down in the drivers seat, it happens when the wheel rolls slightly, only from the one place. They did lube up all the bushes etc when I told them about it, but none changed it.
