The reality is, in the unlikely event one of these pr^cks are identified by one these cameras, they will probably walk free from the courts as there will be some mitigating factor that their lawyer has plied the judge/magistrate with. "My mother's 15th boyfriend used to beat me with a stick", "my parents told me I had to go to guitar lessons but I hated it" and other such nefariously vague and prurient excuses will get all but the nastiest of juvenile offenders off with a slap of the wrist.
