New Skoda NZ Website

Hey everyone,

Skoda NZ has a new website and it's looking pretty darn good. Let's hope Skoda Aus takes suite and follows .

Just how good they look .

It has the Skoda corporate look to it but I notice that it's designed by a NZ web design company so I guess there must be some ability for local input.
Is the NZ Skoda operation factory owned or done by a privately owned distributor? If it's the latter that would possibly explain why they do their own thing.

Well I certainly want the Yeti here ASAP, but I'm unsure of the Fabia. I know it'll sell well and that it's a car that Skoda Aus needs,it just seems to have a few negatives about it. It looks kinda weird (it's quite tall), you can only get an auto on the 77TSI and the interior is so black! None of the silver highlights from the pre-FL version are present so I personally think it's a bit... dowdy? Definitely the Fabia RS though (in hatch and Combi forms please Skoda Australia).

The most amazing thing happened today. I e-mailed Skoda NZ about the pics of each model when you hover over it (as I am planning some wizardry towards the range - I'll post them when I'm done ) and someone actually replied! And within a day too... I was and still am shocked! It seems that Skoda Aus could learn a lot from Skoda NZ!

They do things different in NZ.
When I ring my bank once a year or so (keeping in mind I haven't lived there for nearly 30 years) I have actually been able to speak to the same person in the branch each time for the last five years or so and she even returns calls. Strange I know but true.

P.S. I suspect that the Fabia will be here sooner than you imagine.
