My interest is why so many subaru drivers are buying skoda , i went from a liberty 3.0r wagon , and now you , jake 02 is another .

I liked the liberty except for the **** economy and the lousy sporty hahaha auto slush box/tiptronic , never knew which gear it wanted to be in .

Ditto, dad had a liberty wagon 3.0r. lovely car, but heavy on the juice and terrible auto as you suggest.

I bought a TSI FL vRS wagon and dad coughed up a deposit a week later, although his wa Diesel. We have had them for about a month now and both us of love them! Still have not seen another one on the road in QLD though! We had lunch down at Manly the other day and it must have looked like a Skoda dealership party Got lots of looks of people walking past.
