Why have I only just discovered this? I was looking at a video on Youtube and spotted this mod, bit of googling led me back to VWW. Lo and behold ppl have been posting in here this morning.. Who wants one? I might organise a group buy.

I'm pretty keen. I'm just looking at changing my stream HU for an RNS510, and I've been thinking about guages for a little while aswell.

In my experience, a boost gauge and oil temp gauge (i'd like EGT aswell but oh well) and a decent setup would set you back nearly $300 anyway, so this unit is pretty comparable value considering you can read it all straight from the existing dash.

I can organise our own shipping from the states. If we can get orders for 6 units that we can keep it under $1000 and not incur duty. But if there was more demand then I could split it into two shipments. Lets just try for 6 now though hey I'll contact them and see what price they can do. If its worthwhile I'll get the forum admins to approve it and post in the For Sale section.

you can buy them from kufatec in germany aswell... shipping for 1 unit is ~80euro, so about the same i guess.

I'm definately in. Was going to but it seperately myself today but thought "ah...what the hell. Might as well see what deal we can get"

Yep but 150 euro is $205 and $153 US is $145 (factoring in bank fees will bump it up a little)

Well even with 3 people we should get a decent saving on the shipping given how much Kufatec US charges to ship to Australia itself.

But bear in mind that they currently have 15% off the E-MFA kits so whatever the deal they ultimately give us for a group buy, it must at least include that discount and hopefully a bit more or at least a substantial postage saving.

Got an email back from them and they can't do it any cheaper than what is listed on the website. They said they will have stock in 3-4 weeks.

I reckon that If we combine shipping it will work out about $30-50 (more likely towards $30) each for 3 of us rather than the $150 which we would each pay if purchased individually.

Let me know what you think. I am happy to place the order for all of us if you direct deposit the amount for the unit to me and then we will sort out shipping costs later.
