All will be revealed in Paris in October. Expect something between a Mk1 and a Mk2 Fabia. It will be interesting to see how the ne Fabia Mk3 sells against an updated Polo.
In other motorsport news...The new Fabia R5 WRC2 rally car is due for homologation in mid 2015. They are currently testing the new racing 1.6t drivetrain in the current S2000 WRC2 rally car. Yes everyone - saying there will be no more RS Fabia is like saying there won't be another Holden coupe after the first, no the second, no the third Monaro....you know what I mean - there will be no Fabia RS until there is...in the meantime I have two of the best little turbo hatches in the country. I love them to death.
Yes I could get a better one - but not without paying a lot more for a car I don't like as much
Oh and as for the platform:
50% MQB platform, 40% PQ26 10% PQ25 platform
and not having the latest version of some feature doesn't make the package irrelevant, it just means they saved money.
I challenge any average driver to know - or be able to tell the difference between the drive on one chassis as opposed to another?

I love leaving A1 owners in the dirt - they may, and I mean MAY be more comfortable, but I am way way way happier paying half the price for twice the go.
When I bought my Fabia RS - Polo GTI buyers were waiting 3 months and paying 33990 (full retail plus options)
