Fabia NJ3 Speakers Upgrade - Advice needed

Hello everyone,

I wanted to upgrade front and rear speakers on a MY16/17 Skoda Fabia.

Do I need an amplifier? Is there a plug and play option for the speakers?

Nothing to crazy but better than factory china ones because one of the speakers is already dead.
