depends how well skoda does i reckon. I'd have to be economicially viable (of course) and this would be extra hard considering that skoda is now VW "low budget" brand so to speak, having another brand may just quash the skoda sales.

I reckon having pitched SKODA too high pricewise, SEAT is stuffed in Oz.
Damn shame as Id have a 20VT Cupra all day.
If they had put SKODA 5 - 10k cheaper they would be killing it saleswise and then they could then have pitched SEAT as another VAG product in the gap.

Ditto on above remarks, can honestly say I'd buy a SEAT if they brought it back. 10 years of uninterrupted hassle free motoring from my Cordoba (God rest it's soul!!) Especially if they brought in the higher performance models that are available in Europe.
