Does anybody know if there is a performance exhaust manifold suitable for the Abf 2.0 16v available in aus. Autoslick has one for mk2 golf and I cant work out if its going to fit or not and if it does would it be worth it? Thanks

IIRC the ABF is taller than the KR so you'll find that the pipework will be pretty close to the body work. I'd look for the right manifold or at least one for a MK3 Golf.
Haha yeah I installed a powerchip recently and it did make quite a difference. I have a green cotton filter and a catback magnaflow exhaust. I was thinking exhaust manifold was going to be easy apparently not

There is no off the self extractors for a Seat Cupra.
The exhaust is different to a Mk3 ABF and they wont fit.
The standard exhaust manifold is pretty good for a standard motor (Only restrictive if you have built race motor)
A nice 2" mandrel bent system with good mufflers will get you the best improvement. Though the stock exhaust is very good!
why don't you just buy it in Europe or the states?
i found that many things are easier to buy overseas.
also, if buying in the states, use a parcel service similar to myus.com - way cheaper than some of the shop's freight costs
