If you have to break glass, do a door window.

Why do you need to break anything? Surely you have a spare set.

If you are worried about the alarm, once you get in, you can deactivate it with the correct key.

All the alarms do is activate the standard central locking. A spare key should let you in. If the alarm does go off, then use the keys inside the car to deactivate it.

Thanks for the replies guys. After I stopped freaking out, I pulled the door out from the top a tiny bit with my fingers. Then got the misses to insert a doubled over strip of packing tape. Hooked the door pull and was in within 60 seconds. Tripped out for nothing it seems

So you're not worried about how easy it was to break in?

              Good to hear crysis averted

Of course, its a complete joke. I have never even done it before and had the door open in less than a minute first try. I suppose if you had a bag in there some scum wanted, they would just smash the window anyway. Im getting a spare cut from a ebay UK mob asap

I had a key coded and cut locally at the lock smith opposite Ringwood station. Was about $75.

My bad, I didn't read it closely enough.

I suppose the moral of the story is make sure you have a spare
