Help Cordoba single point fuel injector not spraying

I'd like some help in figuring out why my ADZ engines fuel injector has stopped spraying fuel.
First symptoms were the car started to hesitate while accelerating but continued to run for another 5 minutes until it eventually came to a rolling stop and has refused to start since.

There is spark and on ignition fuel pours out of the fuel lines to the throttle body injector unit but that's where it stops.

I swapped the fuel injection unit thinking it was at fault but it still refused to spray.
I also swapped ECU with no success.

Fuel is being pumped but the injector doesn't want to spray.

Any ideas?

Probably a broken wire. Peel back the rubber boots on the electrical connectors to the unit and see if there are obvious breaks.
