heya guys. thought ill pop in and say hi and show off my little ride. love it to bits. and im told its a pretty rare find so im wondering if it really is rare here..




its a Seat Ibiza Gti 16 valve. has the ABF motor in it and Vr6 gearbox. have receipts from the owner before me with just some of the stuff hes done to the car. has alot of up and go for such a small non-turbo car. really surprised me.

not really sure what else to say. so hope u like it. ill throw up a few inside pics later when i take a few.

has lip all the way round, new front lights, new clutch. new front calipers. new head. new exhaust. new timing belt. but as i said. ill post up some better pics when i take some tomorrow.

and i have a problem. replaced the dash lights but only have lights up.

as you can see. its even got me thinking bout putting in the old lights just so i can see when im driving at night. if any1 can help
with this, plz, would love to know.

Welcome. Neat 16v mate. There are very few good condition ones left. They are a weird addiction to drive. Have fun with it... and most off all... keep it alive!

Thats a sweet biza looks nuts in white! If you dont mind me asking, how much where the headlights? Im looking to replace my stock ones soon but the cheapest i could find were $800 on ebay uk

the old owner bought the lights.. i know they were a pretty penny..

the cars decided to stall and want to turn over but doesnt start.. im kinda stuck.. breather hose is split. will this stop the engine from starting? ill post this in another thread so more ppl see.. cause im stuck. plus trying to find the part is good fun.

wish mine had 126k on the clock. but mines been rebuild so only has done around 30k all up..

Did you get your starting issue fixed? I also had a split breather but it didnt effect running. Do you have a VAGCOM cable?

yeah got it all fixed. was the plastic slip under the rotor arm, was stopping it from spinning freely or it was jamming it.. cars running fine now, the breather thou im picking up today still. should help with fuel ecomony even thou its pretty damn good already..
