Hi all,
I've just purchased the above for my Son and am stunned to find that it's almost a POLO/GolfIII! 88000km, clean and straight as and only $1,800, try getting a Corolla or Lancer for the same money.
However, one minor problem with the passenger window, it's become detached from the mechanism. I've had a brief look at it and it does seem a hit and miss affair the way that the glass clamps attach to the winder. I've closed up the peg locating sockets and reassembled but I feel it will happen again any time. Maybe silicon spray in the runners? I thought someone must have come accross this problem.
My own car the way is 96 Golf SE which started life in Bonny Scotland, migrated to England then emigrated here with me 7 yrs ago + retro fit Israeli aircon! The most reliable car I have ever owned.......
