Fuel Pump

G'day,

I think I may a faulty fuel pump, when driving car it just cuts out - intermittantly, RACV came out and tapped under the car and this got it started and he susepcts faulty fuel pump, does anyone have any ideas on this?

Just a quick enquiry....how much is a fuel pump for a 1.8 litre 95 Seat Cordoba eng no. ABSXXXXXXX

more Seat parts avail ie new front rotors and pads etc etc

hey mate i think u will find that the engine code is prob ADZ if its a 1.8l single point.

It may be but my wife's '95 Cordy's eng code is ABSXXXXXXX.

When I bought the exchange gearbox I actually sent the supplier a pic of the plate as he had no reference to an 'ABS' eng code.

OK,

I got the supplier to check all engine codes and ABS is equivalent to ADZ, so the fuel pump was the same.

By the way the Haynes manual is somewhat incredibly useless
