Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Audi A3 Limited Edition on VWR Springs

    Hi All,

    I just picked up my 1.8T Audi A3 2010 LTD Edition. I recently got some VWR Springs put on the car from Harding Performance\Prestige and performance. I paid $599.00 for the springs, and $400 for install! Considering how professional the service was, and how quickly it was done without any dramas at all - I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

    Couldn't be happier with how the car now feels/looks after the springs have been put on!

    Looks great. Stance is just right.
    Ive got an 2010 S3 sportback. I have ordered Eibach 10-15-007-14-20 Pro kit. This is front only as they reuse the rears on the S3 kit.
    Drops front approx 20mm and should end up looking the same as the VWR's on your A3.

    Can you measure from centre of rim to guard lip and guard lip to ground please?
    Prev 2008 R32 3 door DSG.
    Prev 2010 S3 Sportback Stronic.
    Now Lexus IS350 F Sport
