Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Audi a6 2.t bi-turbo 2004

    Hi All....Its been a while since I posted.

    I have many question needing answers?...I am looking to trade my Audi A4 2lt to this monster of a machine. I have been reading through lots of posts and 80% are all bad. Well all those Audi lovers who bought the 2000 model. The car is on sale at Audi - parramatta with 2 yrs warrenty.Thouhgts please.?

    Same engine as S4, responds very well to mods.

    Otherwise just a standard a6 - Nothing particulary wrong with them. Very nice interiors.

        Nothing wrong with that engine mate , i personally like the A6 and to have the bi turbo would be nice. Done heaps of work on these no engine drama apart from dear at timing belt time. They have all the other A6 dramas- Radiators, ABS pumps, dash faults , look they all have their woes mate. Generally a good vehicle if maintained right.

          Hi guys
          tk-r32, did you end up buying that A6? I am about to buy the one for sale at Balmain Prestige...if you did just wondering how you have found it?

          I already have it booked into EuroAutotech for an ECU upgrade too!

          Any other suggestions?
