Just got the Audi K03 turbo 5303 988 0136 for my peugeot. Could i use the old Oil lines, return lines, etc on this Turbo or should i just get a Brand new kit?? Are all the Kits universal for K03 turbos or do i need one to match this exact Turbo

You haven't given much to go on.
So is the turbo the correct replacement to fit your Pug? If so reuse the old lines. BUT be very certain there's no contamination in the feed line, that will block the feed to turbo.
Yup its the correct replacement, the turbo is 5303 988 0136 which is the new version of the 5303 970 0112 that is currently blown. I heard you can acid dip them and ultrasonic bath them to make sure they are 100% clean
