Does anyone know the approximate replacement value for a gearbox to suit a 1996 A4 1.8T Quattro. Part no:CTF04046? Reco and new.

Mate a CTF is a manual gearbox . Whats the drama?? These are good gearboxes to work on. Also fitted to Boxster. Anyway i have a couple of numbers for you to try - Unique motors Melbourne and ask for Bill tell him Jimmy from QlD gave you his number - 0397017382, another is Audi parts (wolf) 1300370310 and Audi Wreck - 0395632011
