Hey,
My girlfriends mum's TT has just had the centre brake light fail on her 2012 TT - it's only done 3000km and I'm trying to get some advice on how to argue a warranty claim. I know you've got no luck when it comes to wear and tear items like bulbs, but the centre brake light is surely different - you don't see them fail usually for at least 7-10 years - it's very rare. I actually think it might be related to the TT's moving rear spoiler - but I'm not 100%.
I haven't taken it to the garage yet, but will later in the week, I was just hoping to go armed with some information in case they try and argue against it.
So I guess - does anyone have any information on the lifespan of these lights? I've quickly googled the issue and apparently it's a pretty common problem. Any more info would be great though.
James
