My New Year Resolution!

Sooooooooo I took my car in for a warranty check today. It was making a stupid siren noise or whine from the turbo. Audi opened up the intake hoses to find something great on NYE for me... A bent impeller fan on the compressor side of the turbo. Car's only done 25,XXXkm's and the turbo's already let go... Joy of joys lol, anyone else had an issue similar to this?

I'm guessing that the turbo was out of balance from factory and over time it slowly put more and more stress on the shaft and it finally let go... Kinda sucks that it has happened...
