Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

    Any B6 owners have problems with auto window functions?

    Hey all,

    I have just bought an A4 B6 S-line. I have only had a few little problems with it. one was the brake light switch but that has been sorted. The only thing is that the battery ran flat a couple times and since then the function to put up the windows with the controls on the key has been failing intermittently. Sometimes it works. most of the time it doesn't...

    Any help at all please?

    sounds like your windows may not be basic set.

      I ended up taking it into cvwc in Belco and they were nice enough to reset all the codes and all works perfectly now! Such great people! Did it for free! I am going in for a service soon with them and am ordering KW coils and CAI through them too..

        The wife drove an A4 Quattro Sline 04.5 for three years without issue.
        What a great car .
