Edit: Problem solved. B7 method worked. Put all windows down then up then down then up...

Excited to be a new member of VWWC and a proud Audi owner again.
I have a problem. My battery ran flat because my brake lights wouldn't turn off (whole nuther problem but under control.) Now I can not make the windows go up and down either with the remote or with the key in the drivers door. I could when I bought the car and really like this feature...
If anyone knows how to re-callibrate or reset the system (assuming thats what needs to be done) please help!
