Front upper control arm HHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP

just got a chance to fit up the control arms to the wifes car(99 a4 b5) as the knocking in the front from the dead ball joint was getting a little disheartening.

small problem ball joints on the new arms are 18mm and the old ones are 16 odd mm.

cant seem to see find any mention anywhere to the 2 sizes of ball joints???

the new arms are actually a little longer too???

any insight would be greatly appreciated

sure make a change from working on mcpherson front end system, very different

So turns out the guys f cked up the order , and you know the best thing there sending replacements the rite ones without a return. Great customer service and so nice to just have a problem sorted out off there bats.

Much easier when they are the correct arms , not much difference in the rears but the fronts are well different
