Audi A8 wheels reps fit Audi A4 B7 2007?

Not sure which A8, but if it is the older A8 then yes. I'm not sure if the new A8 wheels have an issue or not but the older A8 wheels do fit. The new B8 platform has a different hub diameter than the B7 and earlier platform.

if they are for a VW Golf 4 they will be 5x100 and will not fit the B7 which is 5x112
