1999 Audi A3 Flush/Poke rims

I have a 1999 Audi A3. I am looking for a set of 17inch wheels that have an aggressive offset and once fitted are either flush or even poke out. I have search everywhere and I have an idea of what offsets to buy but I can not find a supplier anywhere.

If someone could give me an online supplier(auctralian or overseas) it would be much appreciated.
