The part number will be stamped on one of the spokes on the inside; you can also look up the rim code via the PR-Codes found on the front page of your service handbook.
Maybe take it off to check and give them a clean at the same time

I managed to find 3 and a steel rim on marketplace, 1 rim is bucked, 3 have Chinese tyres on, but as I managed to score the lot for $250 and VW wanted $1000 per rim, I’m pretty happy.
