Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Hi all,

    Can I get some help from a 147TSI Highline owner?

    I am looking to retro-fit a 12v socket (Genuine) into the luggage compartment as the Comfortline does not have this standard. I have been unable to see a 147TSI Highline at a dealership to look / take a pic.

    Could someone please take a picture of the position of the 12v socket in the luggage compartment so I can use this to reference when I install mine.

    Please feel free to respond to post or PM direct if easier....

      Thanks for the above, however that is not what I need.

      Anyone with a 2011 onwards Jetta 147TSI Highline, can you please either take a photo or tell me the location of the 12v socket in the boot.

      VW VR6, the above is from a Golf.
      The info I require is for a Jetta, thanks anyway.
