  • 2012 My13 147 RNS510 VIM - Up and running

    Hi All,

Well picked up the new car last week and today tried the Video In Motion. Took 2 attempts:

    ISO - found here - US RNS-510 Video In Motion - Rob86Wiki

Attempt 1 - Burned the iso with nero on a CD-r at lowest speed(4x)
    FAILED with downgrade error.

Attempt 2 - Burned with free iso program from the net
    Rebooted - Eject+star+Setup
When the add CD red bars came up I put in the CDR and all went through to success. CD was ejected and system rebooted.
    Working perfectly

Thought I would post as I have not seen many posts from people with this model.(H70) Hope it comes up in searches easily.

Just dont get stopped with it running as it is highly illegal to play video that is VISIBLE TO THE DRIVER.

Other than a GPS that is Even then you should listen and not look at it

Doesnt mean you were watching it Just that its on.

Is a feature that whilst could be handy encourages illegal activity.

Saw on a Caravan forum where a guy wanted to mount a screen so he could watch movies whilst driving cos long straight roads were "boring"

Did he ever get a roasting.

I have it and if I want to play a concert DVD I turn it on and then switch screens so I only have the audio.
