Hey Guys,
first post from my side. A big thank you for running this forum...
I am hoping to find out how others deal with the software update (Emission problem)/ VW class action.
I am from Brisbane and had my 2012 Passat in for its 90.000km service last month.
As many others, I picked up a totally different car. They applied the 23R7 update without even asking.
The car has a totally different power distribution. And not only that, it is less power/torque. After five years driving this car I am completely frustrated with this issue. I am just waiting for the actual problems to start, ie EGR & DPF.
