Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC Another newbie

    Hi all,

    R36 wagon, now with 130k km, after a Mk5 Gti that's still going strong with 170k. I've seen and read parts of this forum many times in the past while searching for all things R36 (thanks for your help!) & thought it was time to get a little closer to the action.

    Not really interested in modding, just in understanding the vehicle & doing a bit of my own work - especially playing with the software settings.

    Hi Pablo!

    You are going to love the R36. I bought mine a little over a month ago and am still drooling each time I pick up the keys or approach mine. Even jealous when the wifey "borrows" it to take her mum home etc. I hope that feeling never wears off.
