Hey All,
Owner of a 2007 Golf MK5 GT Sport 1.4TSI. Bought the car in Feb this year. This is our first VW - and so far so good
Bought the car from Booran Holden Used Cars in Cheltenham, with 115K on the clock. Alternator failed on second day we had it (FIXED)( 3 Month Statutory Warranty ).
Had the car serviced at Bayford VW Camberwell and only found 1 major problem. I'm sure most 1.4 TSI owners know about that little mouse you hear squeaky when you put your foot down to accelerate???
Yup well - its going back to Booran Holden for the water pump/Supercharger fix and I cannot stress how much the 3 Month Statutory Warranty helps buyers of used cars is from dealerships!! USE IT!!!
