Looking to strengthen my mk4 r32 for a turbo conversion
keen on parts upgrades...

Not cheap. I can give you some peeps in the US that supercharged one and did a stage 4 on another. The VRT was like 8 grand. Isn't there a guy in NZ that did a blue 4mo coupe with a 3.2L turbo? He might be able to better help you.
