After a little trepidation re DSG issues we took the plunge last year and picked up a 2015 Multivan comfortline.
The wife had owned a 2011 Golf DSG and after 2 recalls we decided to flick it away before warranty ran out. I was still running my TDI300 at that stage, age was making it weary and with the growing family the 2 seater had to go.
12 months on I rate the multivan but the salesman's quoted 1000km from the tank haven't been close. Highway or around town we've been lucky to get 850. I'm disappointed about that especially considering my TDI300 would easily get to 900km and that's a 5 speed manual with age.
Anyway the wife has snapped the passenger side mirror and I'm searching for info on DIY replacement....expect a post shortly
