Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Newbie requesting permission to come on board

    Hello from Darwin NT, Bit of a desert here when it comes to the MK4 Golf. I have only seen 4 in pretty dire condition since i landed in August 2016.
    I drive a 2001 GT TDI which i intend on importing and want to know if there is more of the same around.

    I will post a pic once i know how lol
