Having enjoyed reading many threads on this forum over the last few years, I thought it time I joined.
I have two VAG cars, a 2011 Skoda Octavia VRS TDI DSG wagon (Eibach / Bilstein Pro Kit, Revo Stage 1 tune, and ceramic / dustless pads??), and a new Golf Alltrack picked up this week.
The Alltrack has some great technology, but I haven't weened myself off the Skoda yet.....
The Skoda is in today for new front brake rotors, the pads having overheated the 12 month old standard Zimmerman rotors. I am upgrading to cross drilled Zimmerman rotors to better dissipate the heat. Hopefully this solves the brake shudder issue.
