WANTED: VW POLO GTI 9N3 - Parts Needed

Just thought I'd see if anyone out there has some of the following parts they were looking to sell?

- Turbo (Frankenturbo)
- FMIC
- Coilovers
- Driver's side headlight
- Leather seats

Assuming you want to be able to use the FT, you will also need some injectors, I'd say get 550cc. The std MF is too small to meter the air the FT needs, so that wants changing for a 3 inch one. The fuel pump might not be able to hold it's own with the demand either so you should replace that too.

A 3inch downpipe would be very good to have.

My advice before you spend any money, is decide on the person that will tune it. Then discuss what hardware they are happy to work with for you. Rather than going the other way round and having to repeat buy.

Was trying to see if anyone had the larger parts 2nd hand. I would fill in the rest by purchasing new. I already have sway bars, braided brake lines, Bov, turbo timer, DV and turbo back exhaust. Not sure if my dump pipe has been upgraded yet though.

I have a few I've looked at in Sydney and hopefully I'll get some positive responses this week.

No BOV on vw's, messes with the MAF readings.

Turbo timer is a waste of money. The Polo has after-run circulation of the coolant. Plus you shouldn't be gunning the car right to the point you cut the ignition, that's just not sensible.
