Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • WA Datsun to Das Auto

    Hi everyone,

I've been playing around with Nissan's for around 12 years now, been through a R32 Gts-t with 300rwhp, a R32 GTR with 600rwhp, a S13 (which is hard for me to admit) that had a RB20 conversion with 250rwhp, then another R32 Gts-t with 560rwhp and still currently have my street/drag/track GTR with 740hp at the hubs. It's an awesome car and very fast in both a straight line and around a track but not able to daily because it has a restricted registration and runs on E85. We also picked up a MY15 Polo DSG Comfortline with Sports Package in July this year for my Fiance. Photos of all of them below

I currently am provided with a work car (Corolla) that ****s me to death because it's so boring so I'm going to trade it in for a car allowance and try and get my hands on a MY16 Golf R. I test drove one on the weekend and I love the DSG box and it's a nice and nippy car. Currently trying to get a decent deal on one, hoping the dealer is going to play ball as me/my company has spent literally millions of dollars with them on commercial vehicles.

Working...
