Hello,
I have recently joined the forum and thought I say hi to everyone. I bought my VW Passat last December after few months of research on what to buy. The car ticked all the boxes for me and has been serving me well since then. The Passat is B7 2011 V6 3.6 Highline. I came with the self parking assistance.
I did a service already few months ago and found it pretty interesting how German cars differ from Japanese. I have always been a Toyota/Lexus person, this is my first German car.
I have only done the following mods so far:
- I installed dba rotors slotted T2 all around. That was a very long weekend with a lot of mallet hammering!
- Retrofitted xenons last weekend
- Tinted the windows
- Footwell lights mod front & rear
- Audi 5-V-spoke matt titanium wheels
- I got the ContiSport Contact 5
- Front eyeleds
- White driving lights
I have also been playing around with vcds lately. Installed it on an old laptop and been getting my head around it. Changed some settings with 50% success
Looking forward for some meetings/events. Dont mind a track day sometime
