Car n00b here.

I've got a MY17 Polo GTI, currently sitting at 34,000km. It has been serviced each year by VW. It's coming up for the 72 month / 90K service. I know that the VW service intervals are 15,000km OR 12 months.

Just wondering whether I am positioning...

Had the last minor service done 5 months ago, and have just got the oil service due in 30 days light come up, which would line up with 6 months. I've only done about 7,000kms since.

Is it really due after 6 months, or can I wait until the next scheduled service (12 months)?

I've changed over my 18 " Detroit wheels and no longer needed - 2 Rims are in very good condition and 2 have curb rash -
Never crashed, tracked, no damage etc

Tires will need replacing - the 2 good wheels might last a few months on the rear though...
